The Oakland Athletics look like they cruised to another win Saturday night. Until they weren’t and the night came crashing down in 1 inning. The Athletics surrendered 8 inning runs to catch behind within an instant by 10-4. This season is really playing out just like a Big 12 football season. No lead is safe in the Big 12, if you aren’t familiar.
Points arrive without a lot of protection in bunches. Late in Major League Baseball games, bullpens are blowing games only that easily. It can occur to some bullpen at anytime. The best bullpen in the sport has fallen victim to trash innings like that. It has been occurring more than that I could remember.
Oakland can’t afford a whole great deal of those innings. They enter Sunday boasting a strong record of 74-54, which sounds fantastic. When you determine that the Athletics have been in the American League, however it is not wonderful. The A’s would be a lock. They’re a half game back of the Rays for the last wildcard.
The Athletics must put that game in the past. Regardless of the loss, it was their second loss in two matches. They were coming off a sweep of the Yankees and everything was amazing until that inning struck.

Regardless of the decrease yesterday, the A’s have been enjoying caliber baseball, with a record of 7-2 in their past two games. Five or more runs have been scored by the crime . Webb was in the minors and was great, but I am siding with the Athletics to get in his significant league outing to Webb.
